Man Finally Charged For Series Of Sexual Assaults Across London

A great relief to all Londoners.

Police investigating a series of sexual assaults in south London have charged a 24-year-old man.

Mehdi Midani, of no fixed abode, will appear in custody at Camberwell Green Magistrates' Court later on Wednesday.

He has been charged with six counts of sexual assault and two counts of exposure between 22 October and 31 October.

Midani was arrested in the Brixton Hill area on Monday night.

Nine women aged between 23 and 35 have been attacked in a series of incidents in Clapham and Brixton in the last month which police believe are linked.

Officers have arrested three other men in connection with the assaults and warned women living in the area to be "vigilant".

Two men, aged 30 and 34, were bailed pending further inquiries, and a third man, aged 32, was arrested early on Wednesday.

I assume he is a local man and his victims were who eve he could find and not a particular ethnicity ..
