I thought, seeing as we have only lived here for about four months, it might be nice for my nearly four-year old daughter, to have an Halloween party for her and her nursery mates.

So at 4pm today, after spending my afternoon decorating my house for Halloween, I've got to open my doors to messy, noisy 4 year olds......and their parents. Pfffffffff.

I must be mad. No

Anyone fancy popping over to help out?

Well some of the mums brought wine along and my other half and I thought it'd be rude not to join in.

So the adults sat and drank wine and the kids ran around going "ARRRRRGHHHHHHH!!!! SCREEEEEEECH!"

We took them trick or treating and the wine had warmed my cockles nicely Cool

When I got back OH had hoovered and cleaned up and had a whisky ready.....
I thought "Well it'd be rude not to...."

So I spent the next day a bit, erm, hungoverish Sad
